Shastrigal.net (Homam & Pooja Services) provides authentic Vedic rituals, Homams, Poojas, Vedic Pandit booking, astrological remedy consultations, and worldwide Prasadam delivery. By accessing our website or booking any service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- BOOKINGS & SANKALPAM
Accurate Details: Devotees must provide correct Name, Gotram, Nakshatram, Rasi, and family details for Sankalpam. We are not responsible for rituals performed using incorrect information supplied by the client.
Auspicious Muhurtham: All ceremonies are conducted according to mutually agreed Vedic Muhurtham timings. Devotees are requested to be available on time.
Online Poojas: For virtual poojas, live-streaming links (Zoom, Google Meet, YouTube Live) will be shared in advance. Devotees are responsible for ensuring their own internet connectivity.
- SPIRITUAL & ASTROLOGICAL DISCLAIMER
All Homams, Poojas, and rituals are performed strictly according to traditional Vedic scriptures (Shastras) and faith-based customs.
Results and blessings from spiritual ceremonies and astrological remedies are matters of personal faith. We do not provide scientific, medical, financial, or legal guarantees for specific outcomes.
Astrological readings and remedy guidance are advisory and do not substitute for certified professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
- PAYMENTS & PRICING
Service fees for Homams, Poojas, puja samagri (materials), and priest dakshina are clearly quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or equivalent international currency.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed advance or full payment through our secure payment channels.
Any additional rituals, extended chanting counts, or extra pandits requested on the day of the ceremony will incur additional charges.
- CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled Muhurtham, subject to priest availability and auspicious calendar dates.
Cancellation by Devotee: Cancellations made 48 hours before the event are eligible for a refund after deducting costs already incurred for perishable puja samagri (flowers, fruits, specific ritual items) and administrative expenses. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pooja are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Shastrigal: If an event cannot proceed due to unavoidable emergencies, we will reschedule with your consent or provide a 100% refund.
- PRASADAM SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
We ship consecrated Prasadam (such as Vibhuti, Kumkum, energized Raksha, and dry items) across India and to international destinations (USA, UK, Australia, etc.).
Delivery times depend on domestic courier and international postal services.
Due to international customs regulations, perishable cooked prasadam cannot be shipped overseas. Any local customs duties or clearance taxes at the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

- GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
