Cancellation and Refund

At Shastrigal.net, we strive to provide the best Homa Puja services to meet your spiritual needs. However, we understand that plans are subject to change. This Cancellation and Refund Policy sets out the rules for cancellations and refunds.

1. Closing Provisions
   Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be made by contacting us by email or phone. Please provide your application details, including your name, date of application and scheduled appointment date.

   Reporting Period: Cancellations must be made at least [set time limit, e.g., 48 hours] by the proposed date.
   Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than [specify time limit, e.g., 48 hours] prior to the transaction may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Policy
   Refund Eligibility:
   Cancellations within the notice period allowed are eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the upfront costs of preparation (e.g. goods purchased for the ceremony).
   Non-attendance or late cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
   Processing time: Refunds will be processed within [insert time frame, e.g., 7–10 business days] after approval and issue using the prepaid method used when they wrote on the paper.
   Discounts: Where purchases or other expenses have been incurred, those expenses will not be included in the refund.
3. Service schedule repetition
   If you need to reschedule your service, please contact us at least [set time limit, e.g., 48 hours] before the scheduled date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
4. Non-returns
   Some products and services are non-refundable, including:
   Any pre-existing customs or rituals.
   Cost of items purchased especially for your ceremony.
   Travel expenses for scheduled service.
5. Unexpected power
   If we are unable to provide the Service due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule the Service or issue a refund, at our discretion any debt we have already incurred is excluded.
